Returns and Exchanges

Overview

In order to maintain the integrity of our care products, we are unable to exchange or refund items once they have been dispatched.

However if for some reason items are damaged in transit or found to be faulty upon receipt, we will happily provide a replacement

To be eligible for a return, you will need to contact us as soon as the items are received and provide a description and images of the damage.

Refunds

If we are unable to provide a replacement for any damaged/faulty items or it is not viable to ship a replacement, we reserve the option to provide a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

As mentioned, at our discretion, we may replace items if they are defective or damaged instead of a refund. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with an image of the damage to info@wigcareaustralia.com.au. and we will contact you accordingly.
